We found Noel online and contacted him immediately, he was incredibly kind and responsive from the get-go. He helped us with all of our questions all the way through, and hosted us in his beautiful home office for our small ceremony. Beyond this service, he was also so welcoming when hearing of our move to Costa Rica and has continued to be kind and helpful to us. He goes above and beyond and should be everyone’s first choice of officiant! Thank you so much again for your help and your hospitality!
